Agile AgingĀ®

Agile Aging® is a movement program developed for mature adults to aid in preventing falls, build brain fitness, develop confidence and vitality, and it provides an opportunity for socializing.  The program was developed by Valerie Baadh Garrett, SDT, CLM.  The exercises and activities of an Agile Aging® class are based on the principles of the Spacial Dynamics® approach to movement and incorporate the latest research in the areas of fall prevention, exercise physiology, therapeutic imagery for healing, and brain fitness.

Agile Aging® can be offered as individual sessions, a specially formed class, or you can join a class that is already on-going.
